The seat and body are both made with high-quality, tough and durable casts. All castings have been processed by tempering in order to improve the stability of the casts, and the machine can maintain its rigidity and precision in high-speed cutting.
The design of the super-wide base mount and double-column vertical-typed structure increase the stability of the processing of the machinery, while the light-weight head design increases the high-speed, high-precision cutting ability. High Strength structure demonstrates highly efficient cutting ability.
The whole series utilize highly rigid, precise roller type linear guide, accompanied by high-lead ball screw with precision- grade grinding, which provides high-speed feed rate of 30 meters per minute while ensuring precision of high-speed movement.
The ball screw with X, Y, and Z axis and liner guide on the machine are equipped with automatic lubricating system, so maintenance of the machine can be easier and ensures a smoother operation.
Six-slider design of the Z-axis linear guide increases processing stability of the machine.
Non-weighted transfer design of the Z-axis reduces the weight of the machine and ensures precision of the curved surface cutting.
High-Speed Built-In Spindle
The spindle utilizes an optimized design and uses ceramic bearing, which is light in quality, has low centrifugal force and heat elongation coefficient, grease-lubricated, and provides speed of 30,000 rpm.
Thus, the advantage of high-speed cutting can be completely performed, and processing time can be reduced.
Furthermore, cost can be reduced and profit can be increased.
The spindle nose is designed with labyrinth rings and negative-pressure blower, and can effectively prevent invasion of debris and cutting liquid.
Cooling system is equipped inside the spindle in order to control temperature and prolong the life span of the spindle.
Provide Modular Selection to Satisfy your Needs
All three axes can install Heidenhain linear scales, and simultaneously detect heat deformity along with the machine, feed back elongation as compensation, and increase repeated position precision.
The tool changing device utilizes an automatic electronic tool changing system, which can switch tools bilaterally, forward or backward.
The automatic tool changing system can contain various tools, and can be adapted to each molding and processing need. Attachment and removal of tools are easy, and management of tools is convenient.
The controller is accompanied by a control box that can swivel, reasonable HMI design , corresponds to ergonomics and can lower fatigue in the operator.
An automatic calibrating cutting tool length measurer can directly detect wear of cutting tools and automatically correct the cutting tool to reduce time on tool setting and machine stopping.
The spindle can be installed compensation system, making work more precision in the long time, enhancing the efficiency and yield rate of work.
