Equipping X,Z axes with linear motors, achieving high precision, up to 1.5g acceleration and 90M/min fast traverse.

Equipped with 15” color LCD and HEIDENHAIN iTNC-530 to complete the optimal manipulation and effective encoding ability.

Built-in high-speed spindle adopts the optimal design, adopt ceramic bearings, light weight, low centrifugal force, low heat extensible coefficient, adopt greasy lubrication , offer 40000 rpm , make the advantages of high-speed cutting up to optimization, reduce work time , decrease cost , increase profit.

The spindle nose is labyrinth ring and blow design of negative pressure, prevent chips , cutting liquid from invading efficiently.

Installed cooling system inside the spindle, be able to control temperature , extend life.

3 axes all can be installed Heidenhain linear scales, with machinery detecting simultaneously the reaction to heat transformation, feedback extension as compensation, enhance repetitive position accuracy.

Tool change devices with electric automatic tool change system, be able to change tools bilaterally, it can be accommodated with 16 tools, be able to be adapted to every kind of module work, be easy to install and uninstall, it is convenient for tools management.

Controllers match patent research can rotate the control box at 0~90 degrees, be correspondent with ergonomics, reduce operators’ fatigue.

Automatic tool length measure instrument, it can direct to detect wear of tools and amendment of tools, reduce tooling set and time of machine standstill.
