ULTRASONIC technology to work productivity of super hard material of alloy is equal to 3 times than the traditional craft. Tiny work tools in the process of hardening cant only make thin layers of workpieces, to extend the use life of tools, but also it can lower occurrence rate of cracked materials. By the technology, it can realize the surface precision at Ra <0.2gm very easily. New developed ULTRASONIC actuated system integrated technology, realized the hardened work of ultrasonic and high-speed milling cutting and combination with one machine, further to enlarge the work material ranges of machines, being able to let one person can work super hard materials in one machine.
Ultrasonic HSK32/63S tool shafts developed in profession realized drilling tools to work in economic ultrasonic hard materials for example, ceramic, glass, hard material of alloy, carborundum, compound metals and so on .

Stands, bodies of machines both use high-quality, strong-durable forgings, all forgings are all tempered, enhancing the stability of forgings, it can keep rigidity of machines and precision of high speed cutting.
Super-wide stand design and column structure increase stability of machines, light-weight head design, increasing high-speed, high-precision work characters, high-force structure, showing up the high-efficient cutting ability.
All series use high-rigidity, high-precision linear ways, matching precision-grinding level of high-lead ball screw, being able to offer high-speed supply rate (1G acceleration speed), ensuring the precision of high-speed movement. The ball screws of drive shaft and on machines and linear ways all have automatic lubricant system, to make it to make maintenance more easily, to work normally.
3-axis ball screws and servo motors direct to drive , ensuring position accuracy.
Z-axis linear way with six sliders design , enhancing work stability of machines. No ballast transmissive design , lessening machine weight, ensuring surface precision on curved cutting, blackout without warning, having up function, preventing machines and workpieces from damages . 3-axis all can be mounted linear scales, to detect hot deformation reaction with machines simultaneously, to feedback length of body as compensation, to increase repetitive position accuracy.
Floating retracting tool devices, to make cutters of spindles from damage easily, to make tool retracting more smoothly, and to extend bearing life and to ensure accuracy.
Tool change devices use electric automatic tool change system, it can change tools clockwise and counterclockwise, automatic tool change can be accommodated with 16~20 tools, being able to be adapted to every work demand, to mount and dismount tools easily, tooling management is very convenient.
Automatic tool length measure, which can direct to detect tooling wear and correct tools automatically, to reduce time of tool setting and machine stopping.
