Function

NC counting small up stacker has auto counting, batching, stacking, transerve ejecting functions.

The lifting structure at the end part reduces the order changing time, more suitable for the high speed corrugated paperboard production line that need counting, batching and storage. 

Features

1.High quality HMI and high quality PLC compose the computer control system, can be connected with production management system. 

2.Front stacking section is drum type wheels plus steel strips structure, which solve the air cushion type paperboard drifting problem caused by the altitude difference between the cutter and the stacker. 

3.Multi groups of independent controlled speed-reducing carbon fiber braking brushs, ensure neat stacking at different line speed for different cutting length. 

4.Multi sectioned belts with independent inverter controlled motors, auto tracing the production line speed, stacking, batching and order changing accoding to different line speed, different cutting length, and auto cycle working . 

5.Top sorting rod has suction function, which solve the bottom paperboard towing problem during batching operation, counting precisely. 

6.Turbine worm reducer + converter motor for lifting structure, the turbine worm has self-locking function, which improve the machine safely performance. The inverter motor can be accelarated and decelerated , reverse turning at high frequence for longer time, which meet the high speed production line high frequency bunching requirements. 

7.Ejection part is belt + roller structure, running steadily, low noisy without damaging the paperboards. 

8.The max height of paperboard ejection part at the lifting delivery section is horizontal, which ensure neat stacking during accelerating at the batching period. 

9.The movable paperboard baffle can be auto-adjusted for different length and specification paperboard, neat stacking.
