NC up and down stacker can finish the piling, batching, stacking, lateral ejecting cycling procedure automatically;

The unique design of end delivery section with the hangling basket lateral ejection structure balance to each other, synchro-lifting, shorten the batch change time, reduce the power consumption.

It is suitable for high speed corrugated paperboard production line.

1.High quality HMI and high quality PLC compose the computer control system, can be connected with production management system. 

2.Front stacking section is drum type wheels plus steel strips structure, which solve the air cushion type paperboard drifting problem caused by the altitude difference between the cutter and the stacker. 

3.Multi groups of independent controlled speed-reducing carbon fiber braking brush, ensure neat stacking at different line speed for different cutting length. 

4.Multi sectioned belts with independent inverter controlled motors, auto tracing the production line speed, stacking, batching and order changing accoding to different line speed, different cutting length, and auto cycle working . 

5.The gantry delivery end section connected with the hanging basket lateral discharging device by chains, balancing to each other, synchro-lifting, less power consumption, less batching change time, increased production speed. Synchro-lifting controlled by AC servo controller, neat stacking and safe running. 

6.The movable paperboard baffle can be auto-adjusted for different length and specification paperboard, neat stacking. 

7.The paperboard back baffle can be lifted, shifted automatically to achieve multi order stacking, suitable for small orders’stacking.
