2.Multi options: bowl blade, manual thin blade and NC thin blade for slitter. Blades fast positioning within 10 seconds by computer control system. 

3.High - precision ball screw, mechanism alignment tolerance ≤±0.5mm. 

4.New type carbon fibre blade holder, steel comb blade holder, Teflon blade holder improve the whole machine practicality and stability.

Cutter Part: 

 

1.High quality AC servo motor and Germany advanced servo motor driving system, for higher precision and lower power consumption. 

2.The control system is in accordance with CE standard and passed strict industrial testing, with higher reliability and longer serving life. 

3.Color screen shows the whole production scenario. Auto order change with warning signal before order change starts. 

4.Lubrication：Hand - operated force -feeding or oil bath. 

5.Cutting tolerance: ≤±1mm at constant speed, ≤±1.5mm at average variable speed.

Stacking part： 

 

1.Three independent paperboard conveying sections, paperboard stacking and conveying to transverse ejection part by inverter controlling. 

2.Pheumatic control for batch changing, pile changing, and auto counting. 

3.Paperboard lifting type stacking platform, computer controlled, stacking neatly . 

4.When reached to the pre-setted quantity, the paperboards are ejected transversely. 

5.The paperboard back baffle with new apparatus, improving the paperboard tidiness.
