Function 

It is the corrugated paperboard production line back section equipment for paperboard sorting, overlap conveying, stacking and transver ejecting.

It is for the medium and high speed corrugated paperboard production line, auto counting, auto seperating at pre-set quantity, auto order changing. 

Feature 

1.High quality HMI and high quality PLC compose the computer controlling system, can be connected with production management system. 

2.Conveying roll driven by inverter motor, the conveying belt automatically match up the production line speed, power saving with high efficiency. 

3.Each section belts driven by independent inverter motors, sort, pile, and count accoding to different line speed, different paperboard cutting length. 

4.Modular assembled belts or flat belts for ransverse ejection section, steady running, low noisy to guarantee bottom paperboard without poor flute. 

5.The hangling basket controlled by AC servo controller. The paperboard back baffle can be adjusted automatically according to different paperboard length, neat stacking, steadily, safely, reliable running. 

6.All conveying belt roller are electroplated, attractive and durable.
