Function 

 

NC large down stacker can get in line with high speed corrugated paperboard production line, with high production efficiency, high degree of automation.

 

The working mode: multi belts compose longitudinal conveying section, each section speed is frequency controlled to ensure the steady work.

 

While the paperboards are piled in the hanging basket, the hanging basket is lifted down steadily at the same time, when the piled paperboards reach to the pre-setting height, the paperboard batching structure starts to work, the back section belt accelerates to convey the left paperboards into the hanging basket, finally the stacked paperboards are ejected via the multi row rollers.

 

 

Feature 

 

1.The whole machine has five conveying sections, each section speed ratio can be adjusted according to the production line speed by inverter controller, and fix the paperboard overlapping length, to make steady conveying. 

 

2.Vaccum-sorb structure is installed in the first section of conveyling part, eliminating the paperboard drifting phenomenon caused by the air cushion after cutting. 

 

3.Three pieces of automatic counting separators are installed seperately in three different conveying sections to ensure high precision batch seperating. 

 

4.The hanging basket lifting operation controlled by AC servo controller, stacking steady, safely. 

 

5.Auto controlled paperboard back baffle is designed for quick order change with high precision positioning. 

 

6.High quality paperboard transverse ejection rollers ensure steadily conveying. According to stacking condition, auto order setting via inverter controller. 

 

7.Transverse paperboard ejection part can be equipped with paperboard feeding and conveying logistic system, to ensure the paperboard steady conveying to the wharfs.
