【General industries: especially for small objects】
• Low pressure atomization system perfectly suited for painting small objects that conventional spray guns had difficulty with, achieving a more stable spraying performance by reducing over-spray and improving paint transfer efficiency by making spraying at a shorter distance possible, while at the same time also reducing bounce-back. Even when the delivery volume is 20 to 100 cc / minute and the spraying distance is 100 mm, it also achieves high paint transfer efficiency and stable paint delivery.
• Tungsten carbide, which boasts superior hardness, is used in the fluid tip and needle.
• The "2 step triggering system" which adds a cleaning mode position to the conventional ON / OFF position has been adopted on the T-AGPZ model. Cleaning performance is dramatically improved and the time it takes to change colors has been greatly reduced (in house comparison shows a reduction by half). Moreover, on the fully automatic model, switching to the cleaning mode can be controlled remotely by air, greatly improving operating performance.
• Newly designed air cap that has superior anti-contaminating properties. Incorporating DeVilbiss's unique ideas for capedge processing, the newly developed Z1 air cap is less prone to contamination / clogging than existing ones for spraying small objects at short spray distance. The results are shown in a shortening the down-time for cleaning.
• With both fully automatic and semi automatic models to choose from, customer can select the model that best suits the painting environment and the level of painting automization required (conventional manual needle adjusting kit is also available as an option).
• Mounting plate structure.
