• A completely new design of automatic spray gun, purpose made to provide a long working life in tough working conditions. COBRA 1 uses the very latest advances in atomising technology to provide users with a cost effective air atomising spray gun with many unique, patented features and benefits.
• Wide range of HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure), LVMP (Low Volume) and conventional air caps can be chosen, and all of them provide the best atomization performance on all applications.
• "Advanced conventional" air caps outperform the rest with uniquely designed high capacity airflow and outstanding atomization characteristics coupled with excellent product features.These advanced conventional air caps make COBRA 1 as the ideal gun for small operations or high volume industrial spraying, and the advanced conventional atomization will operate and atomize the most difficult spray materials.
• All of COBRA 1's brilliant features comply with the toughest EPA legislation.
• Provide considerable paint savings whilst producing the highest levels of atomization, high speed application with flow rates of up to 600 cc / minute or more.
• Removable stainless steel spray head for fast and easy maintenace.
• Control of spray performance and fluid flow is unequalled with the fluid adjusting knob (18 ratchet positions), allowing fine and accurate fluid flow control.
• To handle a wide range of coating materials such as water borne and solvent based materials, the material passages are manufactured from high grade stainless steel.
• Independent fan, atomising and triggering air which is important for robotic applications. Furthermore, it also applies to rotary machines, reciprocators and other automatic machines.
• Indexing air cap for consistent reproduction of spray pattern.
• Pressure feed material supply can be re-circulating or direct.
