Characteristics
This long transparent part has undercut around whole inside, plus several long ribs and holes. The mold uses AHP Merkle hydraulic cylinders with hydraulic power divider to ensure a perfect power balance during actuation. The mold is designed with 6-point sequential valve gate hot runner system to ensure a good part surface with minimized welding line at key surface, as well as ensure a stiff enough part shape without warpage, sink, or out of tolerance.
