Characteristics

This part is with invisible (or hidden) parting line, and so the mold structure is more difficult or complex than normal visible parting line.
According to customer's part spec, we propose customer to change the steel to ensure the part surface is per requirement and mold life is long enough.

The customer required to have a licenced texturing shop to make the texture after mold trial approval. We discussed togeter with the customer to decide how to prevent from the undercut along edges caused by the special texture.

We also support our customer to make the checking fixture for precise measurement work. The customer is happy for our capability of supporting all his demands, including the detailed caring for part packaging material with scratch-proof materials.
