Characteristics

This aluminum part has a few special features as a new design to enhance car performance. We ran several experiments with the customer to finalize the part details that prevent from porosity at key areas and enhance part strength to suit the power performance of V8 engine. The mold structure is then specially developed with a few special radius and bridges so that the melt filling is smooth and does not directly impact the mold structure, thus sustaining the mold life to at least 100,000 shots. The black area at mold center is due to "tempering treatment" to ensure the mold life.
