Characteristics

This cap design is with special thread shape and thickness so that the cap can be screwed easily & comfortably and the part surface has no sink mark. The mold is specially designed to fulfill customer's unique part design. Also, the mold is designed to have smooth surface to give a perfect feeling of touch by consumers of the luxlurious cosmetic product. The cooling channel design of the mold is also a special layout so as to produce a perfect part with minimum cooling time and cooling space, which reduces the mold size thus the total production cost. The mold performs part-auto-drop perfectly, allowing the customer to use only one operator for six machine productions, saving cost.
