Characteristics

1. Dimension: L3700×W980×H1920(㎜). Anti-rust coating
2. UV lamp: Europe made UV lamp 7.5kw x 1 piece, lamp power: 120W/cm, effective height: 250mm. The lamp is installed in left side and the reflect mirror is in right side.
3. UV lampshade: Special aluminum cooling plate with Germany made reflecting mirror is adopted.
4. Transmission way: Inverter drives. Auto-rotating Fixtures are mounted on the chain type belt and the speed is 0~24M/Min, deliver direction: left to right.
5. Cooling way: Forced air cooling system. Special cooling construction reduces the temperature of oven.
6. Control panel: Power switch, UV lamp switch, UV lamp Full/Semi working switch, light running accumulator, voltmeter, overheat indicator, emergency stop.
7. Safe device: Overloading protection, overheating prevention, overloading protection of drive motor, overloading protection of blast motor, fuse.
8. Adjustable shield to ensure that the bottle moves into the UV curing area without any exposure of UV light.
