Characteristics

1.The machine includes 4 units horizontal ink cup type pad printer.
2.The machine uses Germany made 90ψ ink cup with white iron plate. and 90ψ ceramic ink cup is optional.
3.Manual feeding→manual outfeeding.
4.The machine provides 1~4 color printing with one printing procedure.
5.For no ink sticks, the hot air provides the dry in multi-color printing.
6.IR dry oven increase the dry speed.
7.CNC fixtures are adjustable without any tool help.
8.Flame treatment increases better adhesion of PE ink. and the waste air is discharged by fan.
9. Dust-proof packing helps to avoid the dust-fall, keep the printing quality.
10.P.O.D can control separate machine or links machines. It also provide trouble-shooting function with easy operation.
11. Printing speed is depended on the size of printing logo and feeding/unloading. Hourly speed is 300~600 Pcs helmet.
12.Using Special sensor. The operator's hands do not leave the machine, the machine does not start in the manul feeding/unloading step. Sensors can protect the operator.
