Characteristics

As the part surface is highly visible and requires a perfect assembly to prevent from vibration noise during car running, this mold needs special skill of high polish at edge areas and the deep rib around perimeter. To ensure the perfect polish, we use German steel Thyssen 1.2344 ESR. To achieve the special part features, this mold is designed to have four slides with angle, plus two angle lifters to allow the parts taken off by robot arm. The water channels are designed so as to fit into Staubli water manifold system.
