Characteristics
● It can calibrate and measure spectral response / quantum efficiency
with setting up the reference detector
● Czerny-Turner monochromator with low stray light < 10-5, higher repetition and stability, and providing high-purity monochromatic light
● Built-in AM1.5G spectrum, customers can also input and calculate the short-circuit current of full spectrum
● High-resolution measuring instrument with low signal noise captures signals, providing accurate and stable measurement results without operating the lock-in amplifier for complicated settings
● Measuring the energy gap of solar cell materials and provide important material parameters for customers
● Include DC measurement module integrated into the system, and no need to remove any hardware equipment
● Adding bias voltage is used to modulate the junction band structure and it can simulate the photo-response under different band bending conditions. The carrier collection efficiency can be evaluated with forward / reverse bias conditions
● Via bias light function to evaluate some types of solar cells which have photoluminescence nonlinear properties (option)
● Evaluation of carrier collection efficiency (Option)
● Used with temperature control platform to study temperature coefficient and provide correlation coefficient between energy gap and short circuit Jsc current (Option)

Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency Measurement System
Different photovoltaic detector and the solar cell from single PN junction to multiple junction all have different spectral response. Via spectral response, we can analysis the energy gap, light loss, electric loss, junction quality, diffusion length, carrier collection efficiency, temperature coefficient, and the current matching condition of multi-junction solar cell which will help to understand the characteristics of detector, solar cell and contribute to the improvement of the process. The system adopt high efficiency collection and stable measurement module which provide high purity monochromatic light. Furthermore, with advance noise ratio and high-resolution captures signals to obtain fast and accurate measurement.
