Specifications

Reference Solar Cell

This photovoltaic reference cell is designed for calibrating the irradiance of solar simulator used in testing solar cell or when assessing the performance of photovoltaic devices to determine the I-V characterization. Equipping with suitable optical window to reduce the problem of spectral mismatch. It is also compatible with four wires to make 2 to 4-point measurements possible. The temperature sensor can be selected as either a Type-K thermocouple or a resistance temperature detector (RTD).
