Characteristics
The ZP-9 is a compact rotary tablet press designed for small-batch tablet production. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, laboratory, and R&D applications. The machine compresses powder or granules into round, shaped, or engraved tablets, with a tablet diameter of 4–12 mm and a thickness of up to 6 mm. It features a fully enclosed stainless steel housing and meets GMP cleanliness requirements. Pressure, speed, filling volume, tablet thickness, and hardness can all be adjusted. The maximum pressure is 40 kN, and the output can reach up to 21,600 tablets per hour. It also comes with a touchscreen, supports multiple languages, and is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance.
