Characteristics
The DXD-80L is a vertical form-fill-seal machine for liquids and pastes. It is suitable for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. The machine forms bags from packaging film and automatically completes measuring, filling, and sealing.
It is mainly used for liquid and paste products such as soy sauce, cooking oil, honey, shampoo, and cosmetics. It uses PLC and LCD control for a high level of automation. Bag length and pulling speed can be adjusted, with accurate print mark tracking and smooth bag feeding.
The machine supports three-side seal, four-side seal, and back seal bags. Thermal printing and easy-tear cutting can also be added as optional functions.
