Characteristics

 

The DPP-140 is a flat-plate blister packing machine for pharmaceutical packaging. It can pack capsules, tablets, sugar-coated pills, honey pills, injections, and ampoules. The machine automatically completes film unwinding, blister forming, feeding, sealing, perforating, and cutting. It uses flat heating to heat the PVC material evenly, and it is equipped with a PLC control system and pneumatic rollers for accurate and efficient operation. The speed is adjustable, and it can handle different blister sheet sizes. The forming and sealing molds are easy to change. With a filling accuracy of over 99.5%, the machine is lightweight, easy to move and maintain, and suitable for medium to high-volume continuous production.
